Introduction

Greetings fellow classmates!

Thank you for taking the time to review my multimedia presentation on the topic of adoption. As you can see, I have created a blog to display my information and stories. The title, Living Heroes Today was selected because I truly view birth mothers as heroes living today. I cannot imagine the difficulty of having to make the choice to give my child up for adoption. To carry a child for nine months, give birth to the child, see his face while you hold him in your arms and then hand him over because you realize it's not about you...it's about him! That act, in my opinion, is one of the greatest self-less acts committed today.

Please take the time to read through the adoption story submitted by a dear friend of mine. Also, don't forget to get answers to your adoption questions by watching the video just below this post. Lastly, review the "story behind the music" where recording artist Mark Schultz tells his story of his experiences while being adopted and then watch the song/music video that he created to express his thoughts on the topic.
